• NTS assesses a customer’s environment and provides a total solution utilizing Microsoft Windows Server and supplemental services.
• NTS installs and upgrades Microsoft Windows Server software, including the set up of Active Directory, which provides security and ease of management of the customer’s Windows Networking environment. NTS has experience with all versions of Windows Server including 2000, 2003, and 2008.
• For business continuity we can install Windows Clustering. This will allow your business critical applications to fail over to a secondary machine due to system failure. This can include Windows SQL Server or any other business critical application.
• Microsoft Exchange Server is also one of our specialties. Messaging is considered by many organizations to be their most critical business application. NTS can provide an install or upgrade solution for your organization. NTS can set up Outlook Web Access (OWA) so the end user can securely access email from an Internet WEB connection.
• Microsoft SharePoint is an integrated suite of capabilities that can improve organizational effectiveness by providing a comprehensive content management and enterprise search solution, accelerating shared business processes and facilitating information-sharing across intranet/internet boundaries for better business insight.
• Many companies have business critical Windows SQL Server databases. NTS can help install and configure your SQL Server solution. For those business critical databases, we can implement Microsoft Clustering so your databases are always available.
• Windows Update Services (WSUS) provides a way to keep the Microsoft Windows environment up to date. We can install and configure WSUS so all of the servers and desktops in the organization have the critical patches installed so the latest threats to the environment are kept at bay.
