Our Network Support Agreements (NSA's) provide the customer priority response when an unforeseen emergency arises, moving the call to the front of the service queue. In addition to service priority, the NSA provides a proactive approach that will greatly decrease those unforeseen problems by continuous evaluation of the environment and by keeping all network infrastructure devices up to date (when monitoring is included in the NSA). Network Support Agreements include the following:
• A scheduled onsite engineer visit provides proactive server, workstation, and network equipment maintenance and upgrades.
• Patch Level Management ensures that the Windows servers and workstations attached to your network are always updated with the latest security patches.
• Backup System Monitoring ensures that your system backups occur as scheduled and that your important business data is backed up properly.
• A discount rate for the monthly hours is included in their plan.
• Desktop Management is another benefit of signing up for our NSA services.
• Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes are all part of our offering.
• OS patching and virus protection is checked on all desktops and laptops.
• A Lifecycle Management strategy can be devised for your environment.
• Standard images can be created for ease of workstation replacement.
• Disk Encryption can be installed on all critical systems.
NTS can also provide detailed monitoring of the networking infrastructure. The following monitoring services are available:
• Availability, Performance, and Predictive failure monitoring to ensure your key business resources such as servers, applications, and many other devices and services are functioning optimally and efficiently.
