NTS understands our customer’s goal of developing and creating a sound technology support environment, and accordingly we will make sure that the design supports the way the customer wants to conduct business.  The challenge is not merely to maintain the equipment within the server environment, but to engineer a robust, seamlessly integrated technology support platform that provides the performance and reliability needed to meet today’s requirements and tomorrow’s anticipated needs.

Critical server and infrastructure support is our specialty.  NTS is a unique position that can be beneficial to our client’s server support strategy.  We currently possess many of the complete server models and most spare parts for Tier 1 server base in our logistics pool. This provides a very seamless, and perhaps a more advantageous, transition of the server support.  Our approach to server support significantly differs from our competitors as we invest in on-hand spare parts and whole unit spare servers.  This provides our support staff access to critical components needed for quick restoration times across all SLA categories and test units and loaner servers in case of a catastrophic failure.  The discovery process, however, is the key for the proper allocation of material and resources.
