NTS has successfully partnered with multiple clients to assist them with their IT sourcing needs. Our staff of experienced technical recruiters and our partners all follow a formalized process for determining a candidate’s technical capabilities and will conduct the process of matching each candidate’s qualifications with the respective requirements. Their objective is to not only validate the technical information provided on a candidate’s resume, but to drill down on their actual experience with these technologies.
We feel the technical qualifications of Networking Technologies and Support consultants are unsurpassed in the industry. NTS is committed to hiring proven, qualified consultants and further developing their talents through education programs, hands-on training, and certifications. With each of our various consultants come varying levels of experience and ability. Our consultants hold a full range of certifications and/or professional education and continually attend classes and seminars to further expand their knowledge. Whenever possible, we place consultants in positions which allow them to utilize any recently acquired knowledge.
Networking Technologies and Support has extensive procedures for monitoring the performance of our on-site consultants and ensuring their competence and development. All consultants are required to submit weekly status reports detailing the progress of their projects, any problems or issues which need addressing (or have been addressed) and all accomplishments for the week. The appropriate manager reviews these reports and any outstanding issues are then addressed between NTS, our consultant, and the Client.
Our on-site consultants and the Client are contacted on a regular schedule to review personnel issues, work progress, and overall job satisfaction. Additionally, their respective manager formally reviews all consultants. The
The NTS account managers and recruiters have the responsibility to maintain a close relationship with the Client and be responsive to their needs as well as the needs of our on-site consultants. It is our objective to pro-actively manage the resource needs of our Clients and quickly address any performance issues. If for any reason a consultant is deemed inappropriate, NTS will present a suitable replacement in an efficient and timely fashion.
