Cooperative Purchasing
Under the Cooperative Purchasing Program, state and local government entities may purchase a variety of information technology products, software, and services from NTS’ GSA contracts.
Our GSA Schedules are listed as participating in the Cooperative Purchasing Program in the GSA eLibrary on GSAAdvantage!® (available at GSA.gov), GSA's online shopping and ordering system.

Disaster Recovery Purchasing
Under the Disaster Recovery Purchasing Program, state and local government entities may purchase any of the services listed on NTS’ Federal Supply Schedule.
This Disaster Recovery Purchasing authority is limited to certain GSA Schedule contracts and does not include any other GSA programs. All of NTS’ GSA contracts are approved for this program.

State and local government entities may use NTS’ GSA Schedule 70 contracts to purchase products and services in advance of a major disaster declared by the president, as well as in the aftermath of an emergency event. State and local government entities are responsible for ensuring that the products or services purchased are to be used to facilitate recovery.
