eVA and Onvia Procurement Tools

NTS participates with eVA and Onvia Procurement tools responding to on-line bids and RFPs.

Schools and Libraries of the Universal Service Fund  (E-rate)

The Schools and Libraries Program reimburses telecommunications, Internet access, and internal connections providers for discounts on eligible services provided to schools and libraries.  NTS is a service provider for this program with a registered SPIN.

Faquier County

Contract # 55-07C  Information Technology Consulting Services

This contract provides consulting and implementation services in the following areas:  Web Development, Network Security Support, Software and Application Security, Disaster Recovery and Contingency Planning, Network Administration, Computer Techncian, and Maintenance and Repair Services.

The contract may be extended by mutual consent for additional one (1) year terms, not to exceed four (4) additional consecutive years.

Richmond City Public Schools

Contract # 5987-B  Technical Contract Staffing 

This contract provides technical staffing in the following areas:  Network and Server Support, Business Warehouse Administration, SQL Database Administration, Telecommunications Analysis, Desktop/Field Technician, Digital Media Development, Web-Based Training and Development , Web Applications Developer, Web Design, and Project Management.

The contract may be extended by mutual consent for additional one (1) year terms, not to exceed four (4) additional consecutive years.

Any contract resulting for this solicitation may be extended to the City of Richmond and any public agency or  body in, but not necessarily limited to, the Central Virginia area to permit those public agencies or bodies to purchase at contract prices, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation.  The successful contractor shall deal directly with each agency in regard to order placement, delivery, invoicing, and payment.

Chesapeake Public Schools

Contract # 15-0809  Aladdin eSafe Gateway 

The contract provide Aladdin eSafe Gateway products and NTS engineering services on an hourly rate.

Chesapeake Public Schools may, upon mutual agreement extend the contract period of an additional four (4) years, in on (1) year increments

Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI)

NTS has contracts with CAI to provide IT staff augmentation services in VA, PA, AR, and NJ.  Some of the categories include database administrator, help desk support, network systems administrator, product specialist, program manager, senior consultant, systems manager, technical writer, and tester.

Quantum/EC America

This contract is for storage/backup related equipment needed by state and local government agencies.  This is not limited to the Commonwealth of Virginia.
